The Centre of Vocal Arts, invited by the Holy Theological School of Halki in Heybili Island in Istanbul, presents a 12-day intensive Master Class in Voice Research with the internationally acclaimed baritone and voice professor mr. Spyros Sakkas. The Master Class will explore two main topics: the early-Christian era of music and sound, and the poetic work of Greek poet Konstantinos P. Kavafis.  

 

The Master Class aims at exploring the above mentioned topics, as well to engage all participants in an intensive training that challenges both body and mind, in order for their synch to produce outstanding results in academic and voice research.

 

All candidates shall send along with their application their CV, as this master class will only host a limited number of participants.

Master Class fees:

• 200 euros (single)

• 160 euros (reduced for unemployed and young students upto 26 y.o.)

Accommodation: ranges between 20-30 euros / per day 

Travel: traveling options shall be arranged and paid directly by each participant.
